General promotion rules
GENERAL PROMOTION RULES
1.1 Promotions are limited to one per deposit, per customer, account, household, e-mail, telephone number; same payment account, and shared computer such as school, public library or workplace, no exceptions will be made to this rule.
1.2If a customer has multiple accounts, all promotional credits and winnings generated from them will be null and void and will be deducted from the account.
1.3All promotional offerings are intended for recreational players only, Wagercoast reserves the right to award, deny o reverse any promotional offering to any customer at any time if it is determined that the customer is not eligible to participate in such promotion or was found to have abused our bonus and promotion program.
1.4Management reserves the right to deny or revoke promotions at any time to any customer.
1.5 Bonuses not used within 30 days after being awarded will expire.
1.6 Any customer caught playing steam, moves or who is found to be part of a gambling syndicate as well as those who abuse our bonus and promotions program will have all promotions revoked and all winnings from them will be void and null.
1.7 Bonuses are only offered on new money, if a member has recently withdrawn funds from his account, the client will be required to make up the total amount of the payout in deposits before being eligible for a bonus.
1.8 Customers who have recently withdrawn from Wagercoast or any of our sister sites and have not since replenished the payout amount, will not be eligible for a new bonus.
1.9 In order to qualify for a bonus, the client must be in a lifetime net loss position; a customer whose account is in a lifetime positive position will not be eligible for re-load bonuses.
1.10 Bonuses are not credited automatically. Upon having made the deposit, in order to redeem any bonuses or promotions, the customer must add the bonus through our cashier or contact customer service immediately to have the bonus added manually.
1.11 Once a bonus has been accepted it cannot be forfeited by the customer and all terms and conditions stemming from it must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
1.12 For rollover purposes the lesser amount between the risk and the win on each eligible wagers on spread, money lines and totals for pregame offerings are considered. All straight wagers count fully toward the rollover, except for Baseball, which contributes at 0.5.
1.13 Wagers placed with a free play do not count towards the rollover.
1.14 The term "rollover" simply means you must wager the specified amount at least that many times before requesting a payout. For example, if you deposit $100 and receive a 100% bonus with a 10 times rollover requirement, you would only need a minimum of $2000 [($100 + $100) x 10] in action prior to requesting a payout.
1.15 Once you have accepted a bonus, you cannot request a payout before the rollover requirement is fulfilled.
1.16 Bonuses must be claimed at the time of the deposit and before placing any bets. Exceptions apply under management's discretion.
1.17 Rollover calculations start from the moment the first wager is placed after a deposit has been made and a bonus has been activated, unless otherwise stipulated in the bonus terms and conditions.
1.18 Rollover calculations do not include any pending wagers, only wagers that are finalized and have a status of win or loss are counted in the rollover report.
1.19 Wagers that result in a cancelation due to suspended events or the wager resulting in a push or no action do not count towards the rollover.
1.20 In the event that a free play wager results in a cancelation or no action the customer must contact our customer service department so the amount risked can be refunded to the client's free play balance and allowed to be wagered at a later time.
1.21 In the event that a customer funds their account while still having a balance from a previous deposit where a bonus was awarded, the client must then complete all rollovers and holding periods required by each of these deposits before a withdrawal can be processed.
1.22 Any customer who is awarded a promotion including no deposit promotions, contest winnings from affiliates or sponsor sites must comply with all terms and conditions of such promotions before any withdrawal can be processed.
1.23 Promotions cannot be combined with other offerings or promotions.
1.24 Limitations apply on circled and restricted games.
1.25 Wagercoast considers wagering on both sides of the game using any form of promotional money (free play or cash bonus) fraudulent behavior. This includes making bets of this nature with anyone of our affiliate sites, and any money won from playing both sides of the same game will be deducted along with any other promotional money credited to the customer and may result in cancellation of the clients wagering account.
1.26 Wagering on both sides of the same game for the sole purpose of completing a rollover requirement is absolutely prohibited and such wagers will not count towards the rollover and any winnings derived from such activity will be reversed.
1.27 All promotional offerings and policies are solely at the discretion of Wagercoast and are subject to cancellation or modification without warning or prior notice.
1.28 Wagercoast reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any and all offers to any customer at any time.
1.29 These Promotions rules will supersede any verbal or written offering of any employee of Wagercoast.
Free Play Rules
2.1 Free plays can be used ONLY in the sportsbook.
2.2 Free plays can be used ONLY on the following wager types:
- Straight wagers on side, totals, and moneylines
- Money Lines must be between -200 and +165.
- Buying points is not allowed with free plays.
- Free plays will show separate from the customers cash balance and can only be used to wager on sports, rollover requirements must be completed in sports, no casino or racebook action will count towards the rollover.
2.3 Free plays have the following restrictions:
- Proposition bets or futures are not allowed
- Restricted games cannot be parlayed or teased.
- The maximum payout for any Free Play is $5,000.
- Maximum wager limits established for each sporting event will apply when using a free play.
- Free plays are restricted to the winnings only. The free play amount risked will not be returned to the customer when a free play wager results in a win for the client.

Free Play Rollover Calculation
The formula for the rollover calculation for free play bonuses will be as follows:
- Deposit + transfer Fees (if any) + bonus amount x the specified rollover requirement of the bonus
- Important Notice: Maximum winnings allowed from any free play wager is $5000, any amount won above this figure will be reversed. All rollovers and hold periods must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
Casino Bonus Rules
3.1 Casino bonuses are given as a cash bonus and will be reflected in the customer’s account as available balance.
3.2 Casino bonuses are exclusive to play in the casino (live or virtual), sports or racebook action does not count towards the rollover.
3.3 Casino cash bonuses are non-cashable.
3.4 Rollover requirements for casino bonuses must be met exclusively at the casino (live or virtual).
3.5 As with all bonuses and promotions offered by Wagercoast all rollovers and play through periods must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

Cash Bonus Rollover Calculation
The formula for the rollover calculation for cash bonuses will be as follows:
Deposit + transfer fees (if any) + cash bonus amount x the specified rollover requirement of the bonus.
Racebook Rebate Rules
4.1 Racebook bonuses will be given as a weekly rebate percentage based on net losses
4.2 Customers will receive a weekly rebate percentage on win, place, show, and exotic wagers at category A, B and C racetracks.
4.3 There is no limit to how much a customer may earn as well as no minimum volume of wagers that need to be placed.
4.4 Wagercoast reserves the right to discontinue or cancel rebates at their discretion.
4.5 Wagercoast reserves the right to remove customers from our rebate program.
4.6 No rebates will be awarded on cancelled wagers or wagers that have been refunded due to a scratch.

Bonus Eligibility
All of our bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players, any customer who is deemed not to be a recreational player is not eligible for any bonuses or promotions of any kind at any time.
We reserve the right to deny or reverse any bonus and winnings derived from such bonuses at any time if we deem a customer not to be eligible to have received it.
